Community Engagement Update
What We’ve Been Up To
We want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been involved in the Eastland Community Plan process so far! We have been hard at work over the past several months conducting outreach and engagement directly in the Eastland community. So far, we’ve directly engaged more than 475 neighbors and gotten the word out to thousands more. Below is a breakdown of what we’ve been up to.
By the numbers…
162 attendees at Public Meeting #1
6 Focus Groups held, with 62 total participants
Community Plan Office Hours held in 2 locations
5 events attended in the community
296 surveys completed
15,000 post cards mailed
2,500 fliers distributed
If you haven’t already done so, we strongly encourage you to fill out the first survey, which will be closing soon.
